Ciao! It only seems right that my first post starts in the new year, 2025.
You may or may not have seen the recent OTTO news - I am opening OTTO HQ! This is a big step for the little business that I love so much. This little green treasure box is located in Beccles, Suffolk. It’s tiny - but perfect.
The building is a gorgeous Grade 2 listed property, which a dds a little complexity to this special design journey. It means that certain original features must be preserved, while others can be replaced on a like-for-like basis, which I have to say, I kind of adore!
My goal is to create a homely and inspiring space within the compact dimensions of just 3.2m x 2.5m. While this also presents a unique challenge, I embrace it with open arms and excitement. After all, I LOVE a challenge!
This property’s life (prior to OTTO HQ) was actually a jeweller, so the decor and light fittings served a purpose and function - one I no longer need. The vision is to create a cozy workspace that not only serves as my personal creative hub but also welcomes clients for engaging discussions about all things interior.
